Planning a wedding is fun and yet exhausting: finding the perfect dress, sending out invites, sampling cakes and lining up a photographer, to name a few. We would be honored and delighted if you let us be a part of your wedding story! Our goal is to provide you the venue you've dreamt of while providing some extra icing on the cake with the features we offer.

Ceremony Little Brook Meadows

Little Brook Meadows offers 50 acres, a barn which can seat up to 300 guests, a pond, gazebo, secret garden, home estate and grass meadows, and we can accommodate weddings of all sizes.

Reception Little Brook Meadows

When it comes to the reception, your guests become part of the party as soon as they enter the barn. You tell us where you want the tables and chairs and we'll make them appear.

We have 4 stalls of props for you to use to make the space yours, and there is no extra fee for using any of them. The colors of the globes can be changed to match your color scheme.

You can also choose your caterer and bring your own alcohol.

The House Little Brook Meadows

Be prepared to be in awe and also get lost in this beautiful mansion. Our 8,000 square-foot southern style mansion will accommodate 20 overnight guests and 48 rehearsal dinner guests. On top of a place to kick back, get any last minute details done and enjoy your guests, it is full of beauty and elegance for wedding photos.

Wedding Questions

Can we have our ceremony and reception at Little Brook Meadows?

Yes. There is no extra charge for the ceremony on site, with multiple locations available: the pond, the gazebo, the secret garden, the grass meadows and inside the barn.

Is there a wedding coordinator?

Yes. A professional wedding coordinator is included for a total of 12 hours to assist with planning and coordinate the day of the wedding. Additional time is $35 per hour.

Is there a place to get ready?

The barn includes a bridal suite for wedding day preparations, and the 8,000 sq. ft. house can be rented with the barn for the wedding party.

Is the venue accessible?

The barn has clean and beautiful handicap accessible restrooms.
